FULLY LIABLE (FULL COVER CREDIT CARD) – Some credit cards issued in the USA, Canada and the Latin American/Caribbean region may offer full collision damage waiver cover. You may therefore decline to purchase Damage to Vehicle Waiver (DVW). Please check with your issuing bank to verify coverage in Jamaica before renting. In the event of loss/damage to the rented vehicle you are liable to be billed directly for the full amount and upon making a claim to your credit card company, you will be reimbursed by them. N.B. If this option is taken, credit card authorization for a deposit of between US$200.00 to US$250.00 will be secured at the beginning of the rental. This deposit will be applied to any loss/damage charges which may occur and will be refunded if there is no loss/damage to the rented vehicle. If the loss/damage exceeds this deposit, the additional amount will be billed to your card. Cards which offer full coverage generally do not cover for tires and rims. However, clients with full coverage credit cards can purchase a waiver (Tire Protection Fee – TPF) for damage to tires and rims by paying an additional US$4.00 per day. Cards issued outside of the USA, Canada or Latin America/Caribbean while acceptable for payment, will not be accepted for full insurance coverage. Clients with these cards may opt to purchase our Damage to Vehicle Waiver (see Auto Coverage section), or if they still wish to decline our DVW the following would apply: 1. In the event of a loss/damage, the client must pursue their own claim for compensation with their card company. CruiseLin will not be able to act on their behalf. 2. A security deposit equal to the full value of the vehicle will have to be taken and will be refunded at the end of the rental if there is no loss/damage.

AUTO COVERAGE: US $12.00/ DAY SEDANS JMD $1,860/ DAY ON ALL SEDANS 
Hirers are liable for all loss/damage to the rented vehicle. However, the Hirer can fully eliminate his/her liability (including road wheels) from the full cost in case of damage/loss to the rented vehicle by paying Damage to Vehicle Waiver (D.V.W.) Cars for US$12.00 per day and JMD $1,860 per day on all sedans. A nominal deposit of US$200.00 will be required. This deposit will not be used to cover damage/loss but will only be used if the vehicle is kept overdue and therefore leaving a balance due to us. This deposit is refundable once the vehicle is returned on the due date.

AUTO COVERAGE: US $15.00/ DAY SUV’s JMD $2,325/ DAY SUV’s 
Hirers are liable for all loss/damage to the rented vehicle. However, the hirer can limit liability for loss/damage to the rented vehicle by paying Damage to Vehicle Waiver (D.V.W.). The D.V.W. charge per day and the liability for each vehicle type is as follows: – SUV’s US$15.00 per day/JMD $2,325.00/ per day. The liability amount of US$250.00 will be taken as deposit. This deposit will be refunded if there is no loss or damage to the rented vehicle.
